Hi Friends!
The new Council Members get sworn in next Thursday. In honor of the occasion (and given the light news environment surrounding event), I wanted to try my hand at another mailbag. If you have any questions—about Kirkwood, or housing, or me, or anything else—shoot me an email!

A few VERY Quick Hits...
Quick Hits:
  • A really nice overview of the CAO hiring process and the four finalists for the position in last week's Webster-Kirkwood Times. The only thing I care about is competence and I'm going to give the Council the benefit of the doubt and assume that's going to be their criteria too.
  • This Saturday, April 25th, the Kirkwood Library will celebrate Earth Day with music, food vendors, and TWO ceremonial tree plantings. They will also be handing out free Black Tupelos, Swamp White Oaks, and White Fringe Trees from 9am -- 1pm or until supplies last.
  • Also on Saturday: the Rotary Club is looking for volunteers to help restore the historic Olive Chapel AME Church, 9am-12. Help save a historic building in Kirkwood!
  • According to Monday's ARB materials, a CAVA is coming to Kirkwood; we've finally made it!
That's all for this week! Have a great weekend, everyone! Send me your questions!
