I'm on vacation this week, but there's not much news so I'll keep it quick. One quick note that I will be coming back to town next month from April 10th-13th. Hoping to pull something together so we can all meet up, but if you'd like to grab a coffee or a beer, let me know!

- The Water Committee made recommendations to the full Council of some small changes they could make to stabilize the utility's finances, but stopped short of ruling on whether or not the city should privatize the asset. It now seems like a decision will be deferred until after next month's election. Between this and the hiring of a new Chief Administrative Officer, the stakes have never been higher.
- The only real new news on tonight's Council agenda is that the coming Woodbine location of Lona's Little Eats is targeting an April opening
- In last week's Webster-Kirkwood Times:
- On pg. 1, a nice write-up of last week's Council forum/debate
- On pg. 4, a more formal update of the water situation
